"rawprimaldiet" exposed

Lina, the owner of the "rawprimaldiet" page on Telegram and Instagram, has finally started attacking Aajonus, calling him a liar, a scammer, a thief, saying most of his diet doesn't work, etc.

Many people are showing surprise and incomprehension: why is she, the owner of a supposed "Primal Diet" channel, suddenly attacking Aajonus, after all those years?

The answer is simple, and we know it for a long time:

Lina never followed the Primal Diet.

She also didn't write the texts of most of the posts in her channel, other people did.

She was one of the people who followed it the least in our groups when she joined in 2021.

1. She was always fat-phobic

She said she was afraid of becoming a "whale" if she ate the amounts of fat Aajonus recommended, and so she never did.

Everyone knows that Aajonus' diet is high in fat, that is his number one recommendation that he repeats non-stop: eat a lot of fat, raw animal fat.

Lina barely ate some raw fish (lean), some high liver, and some raw milk.

She also fasts.

Anyone who doesn't eat enough fat while eating raw will have problems, because their body will be unable to deal with toxins without enough fat.

For someone her size, 173cm (5'8), it is far from enough to eat a little bit of fat and fast.

2. She never had enough money to buy celery juice and cheese

She could only afford small amounts of celery juice and cheese, and when she got some, she would keep most of it to herself and not spare any for her husband Liam.

Celery juice is a staple of the Primal Diet, extremely important, and Aajonus recommends drinking at least two cups (500mL) daily, 1 quart (1 liter) preferred, for most people.

To sum it up, of the 3 main foods of the Primal Diet, which are, fat, meat, and celery juice, she just ate meat, and almost none of the other two.

3. She had a chemical abortion

End of 2021, Lina was pregnant.
In 2022, Lina took an abortion pill.

Her painful periods were worse for months after this, so her overall health got worse.

For her painful menstrual cramps, she was taking herbal remedies, not Primal Diet remedies. One time, she asked me for advice. I gave her a tomato remedy based on Aajonus, which she later told me worked well.

4. Lina puts castor oil on her face

Literally a seed oil. Aajonus says it's poison.

While she was pretending to care about coconut oil being truly raw or not in the public chat, she was putting toxic seed oil on her face.

When Lina started her "Primal Diet" channel, it was a surprise, since she was already speaking against Aajonus on multiple occasions from the start (on saunas, on fasting, etc.).

We knew she was going to start attacking Aajonus sooner or later after using his name to gain followers.

It is worth nothing that the texts of her posts in her channel were mostly not made by her, but by other people. Lina not only did not follow the Primal Diet, but she is extremely ignorant about it.

Now onto her arguments against Aajonus.

First of all, she doesn't know what to say. She is asking people what to say to "debunk" Aajonus.

After 3 years of knowing about Aajonus and his works, she suddenly *discovers* that according to her, he has no proof. So why did she even pretend to follow him for all this time if he has "no proof"?

She says the doctor's letter about him had having cancer looks fake.

Aajonus himself said it: why didn't journalists call the hospital to verify if he really had cancer? It was 50 years ago, and he talked about his story for over 30 years. In all this time, if he had lied, journalists could have easily called the hospital and verified if he really had been a patient there with all the cancers he said he had.

Aajonus was attacked by the government, he was threatened of being sued for practicing medicine illegally, and was a prominent figure in food rights activism, instrumental in making raw milk legal in many states.

If he had lied about having cancer, the government would have dispatched journalists to fact-check him and exposed him about a false record of disease.

Meanwhile, Elnora Van Winkle, a known neuroscientist, called all of Aajonus' clients who had cancer and found that 97% were still alive.

Lina also says Aajonus stole his ideas from other people, and doesn't credit his sources.

This is completely false, as Aajonus lists all his sources and influences in his books. It's possible Lina never read any of his books.

In We Want To Live, in the "Traditional Precedents" chapter, he mentions Pottenger and Price as inspirations.
He also quotes Edward Howell and his classic work, "Enzyme Nutrition".
About what people told or showed him personally, he is also very explicit:
He mentions his "nutritional mentor Bruno Corigliano".
He says that he started drinking raw milk and raw carrot juice because someone showed him when he was sick, and he even gave the identity of the person.
He learned about high meat from the Inuits when he lived with them.
And so on.

Aajonus listed his sources and gave credit.
He didn't copy either, his work is completely unique and arguably next-level compared to his predecessors.

Lina also posts a ChatGPT-generated text that says Aajonus has a low level of proofs compared to other nutritionists like Mason.

Aajonus spent over a million dollars on lab experiments, he detailed many of them.

Lina also takes anything people send her.
She used to make posts against salt, quoting Aajonus, now she blindly agrees when a few people send her links of articles from Sally Fallon or Darko Velcek in favor of salt, without even understanding what the articles are saying.

Now that you understand Lina never followed Primal Diet despite eating some raw foods, it is good to know what she has been doing instead in all those years on online groups.

Her damage to the community goes far beyond just going against Aajonus now and trying to divert people away from the Primal Diet.

Lina has been abusing people in the community for years, with her online gang which includes proven pedophiles that spam child porn in Primal Diet groups that she wants to attack. She is now a criminal with a case in the UK for having made a false report to child protection services to try to make the authorities take away a child from a primal mom.

Lina, together with a group called "Blood&Soil" which advocates pedophilia, harassed a woman, and put her life in danger.

In that group, the men leaked the nude photos of this woman, and wrote the many ways they would kill her.

Meanwhile Lina gave them the name of the city where the woman lives, and attacked her.

The people that Lina uses to attack others are self- proclaimed pedophiles from a group called "Blood&Soil".

They multiple times posted photos of children under 10 in underwear in suggestive poses.

They speak of havmg a dating llfe with children and give details about their interactlons with them.

These are the people Lina describes as her close friends, but that is not all: she is using them to do her bidding, making them harass other people constantly.

She made them target a woman which is still being harassed in extreme ways by them to this day.

Lina herself is fully aware that these people are truly pedophiles and that they shouldn't belong in PD groups.

Lina admits that she brought Carson into the Blood&Soil group, and that it made him more evil.

This is what led to him leaking women's nude photos (including Lina's) and trying to push one of them to kill herself inside this group.

This was not the only person from Primal Diet groups that Lina has brought to Blood&Soil.

Lina was also bringing people from Blood&Soil into Primal Diet groups, as well as directly making them attack other people.

Lina invites Steph (aka "Thorn", "Morbid Florist", and "Moralfag"), one of the pedophiles that just did the violent public bashing, talked about killing a woman and leaked nude photos, into her public "primal" group.

Lina reports us to the police for posting the proof that her groups are full of pedophiles who post child porn, she is telling the police that we possess child porn because we have the screenshots of her groups!!

Lina uses her Instagram and Telegram pages to slander and harass the people that she and her accomplices unjustly aggress.

Lina then used her IG and Telegram pages to side with the people who leak the nude photos and try to push people to kill themselves. She even blatantly lies, denying what they did, and reversing the roles, pretending that the aggressors are the victims.

This year, in 2024, Lina got the woman's nude photos leaked again, this time by her intervention, inciting her "friends" from Blood&Soil to do it again, and even publicly agreed with their actions.

First, Lina sent Trannydrac666, one of the pedophiles that do her bidding, to blackmail with the nude photos.

Soon after, Stryder, another of Lina's accomplices, leaked the nude photos in a public channel with 300 followers. Both trannydrac and stryder are part of Lina's close circle and in her private groups.

Lina refused to ban Stryder.

She publicly condoned the leaking of the nude photos by upvoting a post made by Erik, that was praising Stryder for having posted them.

("forbidden carni link" and the "nuke" refer to leaking the nude photos)

Lina went as far as praising Stryder directly by saying he was "10000X better" than the woman whose nude photos he leaked.

Lina also attacked a mother with a false report to Child Protection Services.

She accused her of:

• exposing her children to pornography
• malnourishing them
• being drunk 24/7

The CPS immediately called. The mother had to take a blood test to prove she was not drunk.

The CPS then saw the report was bogus, and offered to sue and put the police on the case.

First, Lina threatened the mom, saying she had her address and the "name of [her] child"

Lina admitted it was she who sent the threatening messages to the mom.

Lina's accomplice, that she previously used to blackmail the other person with nude photos, then messaged the mom with various porn videos and repeated the two false accusations that Lina was going to use in the report to Child Protection Services.

Lina has for 3 years (2021-2024) slandered a cheese business to thousands of people, using her Instagram and Telegram following.

She claims healthfully.shop cheese is "fake", "a scam", lying about the product despite extensive proof having been brought that she is lying.

She also lied about the shop not delivering orders and keeping the money, and more. Clients of the shop have asked her to stop misusing their messages to lie about the products.

Lina, despite being the accomplice of actual proven pedophiles, makes false accusations of pedophilia against people she wants to slander.

Lina reported the owner of the cheese business to an anti-pedo group with false accusations.

Lina showed no evidence, despite being asked, and evidence was shown of her lying, and of her association with true, proven pedophiles.

Lina exhibits traits indicating mental issues and a tendency towards hostility, with excessive aggressivity towards others and a fascination for "monsters".

When someone made a post similar to hers, Lina had an overreaction and was full of rage and hostility over something so minor.

Lina is fascinated by a serial killer from a show called "Monster", a fictional character called "Johan Liebert".

She took his name and made him her avatar for several weeks.

Lina turned a man 11 years younger than her, Liam, who was a polite young man, into an accomplice of these schemes. Because of her and her Blood&Soil group's influence, he cut ties with his family, became homeless, and she pressured him into marrying her, then aborted their child. She made him start harassing people along with her, and make false accusations of pedophilia against people, despite himself and her being close to real pedophiles.

Lina uses her Blood&Soil "friends" to post hardcore porn and CHILD PORN in other people's groups.
